Inactive account policy

An inactive mymind account is an account that has not been used within a 24-month period.

As long as you maintain an active paid subscription, sign-in, or add something to your mymind account at least once per 24 months, your account will remain active.

What counts as activity?

- Paying for the service
- Signing in
- Saving something new to your mind

What happens when my mymind account becomes inactive?

When your mymind account has not been used for 24 months, it will be considered inactive and closed. Closed accounts will have their data scheduled for permanent destruction after 30 days. Once an account has been destroyed, it may not be recovered.

Before this happens, we will do our best to send you multiple reminders to your account's primary email address regarding your account closure.
