AI Usage Policy

Last updated: October 31,2024

We use state of the art AI models to analyze your content with multple providers depending on the context. Your data is not used for training purposes.

There are two distinctions on how we choose to analyze content depending on whether or not the content is public or private.

How we analyze private content

We use Amazon Bedrock to run third-party AI models while ensuring security and data isolation. Data shared with Bedrock is used only during processing and discarded immediately afterward without logging, retention, or sharing. Data is never shared with the original model provider. Bedrock maintains rigorous data isolation and security standards to prevent unauthorized access and adheres to strict data processing standards. You can learn more about Bedrock, and their certifications here.

How we analyze public content

Public content means public URLs (including media) that can be accessed by anyone with a browser and a public link.

We may use additional third party AIs and proxies to analyze public content, including our own. These services may log requests for security and diagnostic reasons. We do not associate any requests made to our AI services with individual user accounts or personal identifiers.

We keep a list of these service providers in our sub-processors list here.
