All your data is saved to multiple disks instantly. We then back it up daily, and store it in multiple locations, just to be sure.
When you send data to mymind or we send it back to you, we use HTTPS which means all your data is encrypted while it is in transit. Within our private networks (which are behind an additional firewall) data may be transferred unencrypted.
Any files which you upload to mymind are stored and encrypted at rest. This includes our database.
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for our servers and infrastructure. Amazon's data centers are protected by onsite staff 24/7/365 which ensure protection against unauthorized entry and security breaches.
Making sure our software infrastructure is up to date is important to us. That's why we update our servers and extended software infrastructure on a regular basis with the latest security patches.
To ensure further protection, mymind runs on a dedicated network which is secured additionally with firewalls and is carefully monitored.
While perfect security is a moving target and always subject to change, we do our best and work with additional experts to make sure our infrastructure is not only up to date, but also the baseline of making sure your data is safe with us.
All credit card transactions are processed using secure encryption using our payment processor, Stripe. All information is transmitted, stored, and processed securely on their PCI-Compliant network.
